    Move themes, and the codes within a theme, up or down to put them in the order that makes sense to you. Move a code into a different theme from its row. Each move between themes is recorded in your audit trail.

    When an upload reaches your plan's limit, QualIntel now stops and tells you why, instead of marking each remaining file as failed. And when "Add to my proposal codes" finds nothing your codebook doesn't already cover, it says so rather than showing an error.

    Nightly backups, tested every night

    Your analysis (codebooks, coded excerpts and every decision) is backed up each night, and each backup is checked with a test restore. Our privacy policy sets out how long backups are kept.

    Merge codes without losing evidence

    When you accept a suggestion to tidy your codebook, merged codes now keep their participant quotes, their origin and their coded excerpts, instead of starting again as new codes.

    QualIntel can read every transcript in full and suggest codes, each backed by verbatim participant quotes. Choose "Start from the data" for an exploratory study, or "Add to my proposal codes" to find what your proposal doesn't cover. Nothing is applied until you accept it.
